Returns & Exchanges

Snake Oil Provisions accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
